The Pickens Plan
T. Boone Pickens, the Texas billionaire, has taken up the cause of renewable energy with a plan to build wind farms for electricity generation in the mid-west.
actually, forget T. Boone. He is buying up the rights to ground water in Texas so he can sell it back to the texans as bottle water. Not Cool...very greedy.
Also, natural gas is being extracted by hydraulic fracking which pumps gobs of a toxic chemical slurry to crack the rock where the oil and gas is trapped...polluting ground water and destroying safe wells. Not cool...very greedy.

plus natural gas is only about 35% less polluting than coal and with the toxic extraction process it is a real scam.
